Privacy Policy

Overview

StrikerLeagues is operated by Aziel Holdings, Inc. ("StrikerLeagues," "we," "us"), which provides software for running recreational and competitive sports leagues, tournaments, teams, registrations, waivers, scoring, field bookings, payments, and team media. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at strikerleagues.com and our iOS and Android apps (together, the "Service"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Leagues on StrikerLeagues are run by independent organizers, clubs, and venues. When you join a league, the organizer running it also receives your information and handles it under their own policies. Questions about a specific league's rules, fees, or eligibility should go to that organizer.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we collect:

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook, we receive the name and email address that provider shares with us. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we receive a private relay address instead of your real email.
• Player and profile information: profile photo, date of birth, gender, team and club affiliations, jersey number, position, and similar details used to build rosters and check league eligibility.
• League activity: registrations, team assignments, schedules, match results, goals and other match events, statistics, standings, and your roles (for example player, coach, or organizer).
• Waivers and registration forms: when a league requires a waiver or registration form, we collect what that form asks for, which can include your typed signature, date of birth, phone number, emergency contact, medical or health notes you choose to provide, and, for minors, the parent or guardian's name, relationship, and signature. We also record the date, time, and IP address of each signature as proof of agreement.
• Payments: registration fees and field bookings are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status, amounts, and limited transaction details. We do not receive or store full card numbers. Organizers who accept payments connect a Stripe account, and Stripe collects the business and identity information it requires.
• Photos and content you upload: images for profiles, team logos, and league galleries, plus reports you submit about content or users you block.
• Messages and support: feedback, bug reports, and support requests you send us, including any information you include in them.
• Game fitness data (optional): if you turn on fitness tracking, the steps, distance, and active calories your phone or watch recorded during league matches, and workout details such as start and end times. See "Game fitness tracking" below.
• Device and usage information: device type, operating system, browser, app version, IP address, pages and features used, crash and error information, and push notification tokens if you enable notifications.
• Cookies and similar technologies: cookies and local storage keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the Service is used. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

We do not collect your precise location. Venue locations shown in the Service belong to the venues, not to you.

How we use information

• Create and secure your account, and verify your email address.
• Run leagues and tournaments: registrations, rosters, schedules, scoring, statistics, standings, waivers, and field bookings.
• Process payments, refunds, and payouts through Stripe.
• Send service messages such as email verification, password resets, waiver reminders, schedule updates, and receipts.
• Send push notifications you have enabled. You can turn these off at any time in your device settings.
• Provide support, respond to feedback, and fix bugs.
• Understand how the Service is used so we can improve it, and monitor its reliability and performance.
• Protect participants and the Service: prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, moderate reported content, and enforce our Terms.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or to track you across other companies' apps and websites.

What other people can see

• League organizers and administrators can see the information needed to run their competitions, including registration and waiver details, emergency contacts, and any medical notes you provide on their forms.
• Coaches and team managers can see roster information for their teams.
• Other participants and the public may see names, team affiliations, profile photos, match results, statistics, standings, and gallery photos in competitions that are made public. Competitions that are only open for registration show people outside them a short summary (name, dates, location, and fee), not rosters or results. Organizers control whether their competitions are public and whether player names and photos are shown to people outside them; when players under 18 are registered, we ask organizers to make that choice, and names stay hidden from the public until they do.

How we share information

We share personal information only as described in this policy:

• With league organizers, clubs, and venues you register with or book, so they can run their competitions and bookings. A venue can also receive your booking details and name in its own systems and calendars, through the calendar feed, API, or webhooks it sets up; it must keep them confidential and use them only to run its bookings.
• With service providers who process information on our behalf under contracts that limit how they can use it: cloud hosting and databases, file storage for uploaded media, Stripe for payments, email delivery, product analytics, issue tracking for support requests, and OpenAI, which generates answers to the questions you type into the in-app Help assistant (only your questions and the page you are on are sent, not your account details).
• With YouTube (Google) when you play a match video a league has added from its YouTube channel. The video plays in YouTube's player, and Google receives the usual viewing information for an embedded video.
• With sign-in providers (Apple, Google, or Facebook) when you choose to sign in with them, to complete that sign-in.
• For legal reasons, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or StrikerLeagues.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
• With your consent or at your direction.

Children and minors

Youth players take part in many leagues. Accounts are intended for people aged 13 and older. Information about players under 13, and waivers for minors, should be provided by a parent, legal guardian, or the league organizer acting with a guardian's permission. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create their own accounts or collect their information directly from them.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child provided us personal information without your consent, or you want to review or delete your child's information, contact us at support@strikerleagues.com. We will respond promptly and delete the information where appropriate.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to secure the Service. With your permission, we also use analytics cookies to understand which features are used and where people run into problems. You can accept or reject analytics when you first visit, and change your choice at any time in Cookie settings. If you accept, we record which pages you visit, where you click and scroll, and how fast pages load, and may make session recordings to see where the app is confusing. Session recordings hide all text, anything you type, and photos and video, and are never made on waiver, payment, billing, fitness, registration or player profile pages. Analytics identifies you only by an account number and your roles, not by your name or email. Analytics data is used only to operate and improve StrikerLeagues. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with advertisers. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Service may not work without the necessary ones.

Game fitness tracking

Fitness tracking is optional and off until you turn it on. When it is on, the StrikerLeagues app reads Apple Health (on iPhone) or Health Connect (on Android) only for the time of league matches you are rostered for, and stores a summary for each game: steps, distance, active calories, and when you played.

• If your team connects a Polar Team Pro account (GPS vests), your coach or league admin authorizes it and we receive your session data (distance, sprints, speed, heart rate) from Polar, but only if you have turned on fitness tracking. Disconnecting Polar deletes that data.
• You choose who can see your fitness data: only you and your league's administrators (the default), or everyone who belongs to the leagues you play in (administrators, coaches, and players). It is never shown to the public, even in public leagues. You can make it private again at any time.
• Players under 18 need a parent or guardian's approval before any fitness data is collected, and again before it can be shared with their league. The guardian can make it private or withdraw approval at any time from the link we email them.
• We use fitness data only to show your game fitness. We never use it for advertising, sell it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We read health data only; we never write to Apple Health or Health Connect.
• Fitness data is kept for at most 3 years from the match date, then deleted automatically.
• You own your fitness data. You can delete a single game or all of it at any time. Turning off fitness tracking or deleting your account permanently deletes all of it.

How long we keep information

We keep account information while your account is active. League records such as match results, statistics, standings, and rosters are kept so competitions keep an accurate history. Signed waivers and payment records are kept as long as needed for legal, insurance, tax, and dispute purposes. Game fitness data is kept for at most 3 years. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

• Update your profile and account details at any time in the app or on the website.
• Delete your account in the app. When you do, your identifying profile details are removed and all sessions are signed out. League, match, waiver, and payment history may be kept in de-identified form, or as long as required for the purposes above. Game fitness data is deleted completely.
• Turn off push notifications in your device settings, and opt out of non-essential emails using the link in those emails.
• Request a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask a question about how we use it, by emailing support@strikerleagues.com.

Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and limited employee access. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your sign-in details private. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away.

Where information is processed

StrikerLeagues is operated from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
