Terms of Service
Last updated: November 6, 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StrikerLeagues website at strikerleagues.com and our iOS and Android apps (together, the "Service"). StrikerLeagues is operated by Aziel Holdings, Inc. ("StrikerLeagues," "we," "us"), and these Terms are an agreement between you and Aziel Holdings, Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a club, league, venue, or other organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and confirm that you are authorized to do so.
What StrikerLeagues does
StrikerLeagues is software that helps organizers, coaches, players, guardians, guests, and venues run sports competitions: leagues and tournaments, registrations, teams and rosters, schedules, scoring and statistics, standings, waivers, field bookings, payments, and team media. StrikerLeagues provides the platform only. We do not organize, operate, supervise, or referee the leagues, matches, or venues listed on it, and we are not a party to agreements between participants, organizers, and venues.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms for you and supervise your use of the Service.
- Players under 13 may take part in leagues only through a parent, guardian, or organizer who provides their information and accepts these Terms and any waivers for them.
- You must be at least 18 years old to organize a league, manage a venue, or accept payments through the Service.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account, so keep your password and sign-in methods secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- You may not share your account, create an account for someone else without their permission, or create a new account after we have suspended or terminated yours.
Organizers, coaches, and venues
If you create or manage a league, team, tournament, or venue, you are responsible for:
- The competitions and bookings you run, including rules, eligibility, age groups, schedules, officiating, fees, refunds, and communications with participants.
- The waivers and registration forms you require, including making sure their content is suitable and legally sufficient for your activities and location.
- Participant safety, including suitable facilities, equipment, supervision, first aid, and emergency planning.
- Obtaining any permits, insurance, background checks, and consents your activities require, and following laws that apply to youth sports and to handling participants' personal information.
- Using participant information, including emergency contacts and medical notes, only to run your activities and keep participants safe, and keeping it confidential.
- The accuracy of the content you post, such as schedules, results, standings, venue details, and prices.
- Deciding what participant information people outside your competition can see when you make it public or list it for public registration, including the names and photos of players under 18. StrikerLeagues gives you settings to hide player names from the public; choosing whether to use them is your decision, and you must obtain any consent from players, parents, or guardians that sharing their information publicly requires.
Venue integrations
Venues can connect the Service to their own websites and systems with the booking widget, calendar feeds and imports, API keys, and webhooks. If you use them:
- Keep API keys, webhook signing secrets, and private calendar links confidential. You are responsible for anything done with them, and should revoke or reset them if they may have been exposed.
- Use booking information you receive, including players' names, only to run your venue's bookings. Protect it, delete it when you no longer need it, and do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing without the person's consent.
- Only import calendars you have the right to share. Imported events block booking times; their titles are shown to your venue's staff, never to players.
- Do not change the booking widget to mislead players, or collect payment details outside StrikerLeagues for bookings made through it.
- We may limit, change, suspend, or revoke integration access to protect the Service, its users, or their information. Integrations are provided as part of the Service under these Terms.
Players, guardians, and guests
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for following the rules set by the league or venue, and for your conduct at events. Questions about a league's rules, eligibility, fees, or refunds should go to its organizer.
Waivers and assumption of risk
Sports and physical activity involve an inherent risk of injury, illness, and property damage. You participate, and allow any minor in your care to participate, voluntarily and at your own risk. Before taking part, consider whether you are fit to do so and consult a doctor if you are unsure.
Waivers signed through the Service are agreements between you and the organizer or venue that requires them. StrikerLeagues provides the tools to present, sign, and store waivers, but it is not a party to them and does not give legal advice about their content or enforceability. When you sign electronically, you agree that your typed name and acceptance are your legal signature and that we may record the date, time, and IP address of your signature.
Payments, fees, and refunds
- Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. We do not store full card numbers.
- Registration fees, booking prices, and refund and cancellation policies are set by the organizer or venue, and are shown before you pay. Refund requests go to that organizer or venue, and refunds are issued according to their policy.
- Organizers and venues who accept payments must connect a Stripe account and agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. They are responsible for the taxes, chargebacks, and disputes connected with their sales.
- StrikerLeagues may charge a platform fee on payments made through the Service. Any platform fee is shown to the organizer or venue before it applies. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are separate.
- You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts you approve.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, logos, text, and other content you upload ("User Content"). You give StrikerLeagues a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt (for example resizing images), and distribute your User Content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service, including showing it to the audiences allowed by the league or team you shared it with. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time or already shared with others.
You confirm that you have the rights to the User Content you upload, and permission from anyone identifiable in it, including a parent or guardian's permission for photos of minors.
Acceptable use
When using the Service, you must not:
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, or that invades someone's privacy.
- Post content that sexualizes or endangers minors, or share a minor's personal information without their guardian's permission.
- Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity, age, eligibility, or affiliation.
- Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that contains malware.
- Use the Service to send spam, or collect other users' information without permission.
- Interfere with the Service, probe or bypass its security, or access it through automated means other than those we provide.
- Use the Service for fraud, or in violation of any law or anyone else's rights.
Reporting, blocking, and moderation
You can report content and block other users in the Service. We and league organizers may review reports, and we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put people at risk, with or without notice. We act on objectionable content reports as quickly as we can. We are not obliged to monitor all content, and we are not responsible for content posted by users.
Third-party services
The Service works with third-party services such as Stripe, Apple, Google, and Facebook sign-in, and app stores. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and the StrikerLeagues name and logo, is owned by StrikerLeagues and protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, sell, or reverse engineer the Service, or use our name or logo without our permission. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you do, your identifying profile details are removed, while league, match, waiver, and payment records may be kept as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as payments owed, content licenses, disclaimers, limits of liability, and indemnity, survive the end of these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that schedules, results, statistics, standings, or other information posted by users are accurate. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any organizer, league, team, venue, coach, or participant, and you interact with them at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrikerLeagues will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or for any personal injury or property damage arising from participation in any activity organized or booked through the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid StrikerLeagues in platform fees in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limits of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StrikerLeagues from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms or of law, or, if you are an organizer or venue, the activities and bookings you run, including participant information you choose to show to the public.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us at support@strikerleagues.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you and StrikerLeagues consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts.
Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded our iOS app from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and StrikerLeagues, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any product claims, intellectual property claims, or warranty obligations relating to it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of any purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation to the extent permitted by law. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and StrikerLeagues about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
